📦 Shipping: From Me to You

I ship via First Class USPS (non-priority) within the USA—and yes, shipping is included in the pattern price. Orders go out within two business days, because I believe in promptness and postal optimism. Once your package is in USPS hands, it’s out of mine. If they take the scenic route, I feel your pain—but I promise I did my part. You’ll get tracking info so you can follow your pattern’s journey like a proud parent.

💸 Pricing: A Tribute to Survivors

My prices reflect the decade in which these patterns were born, not the whims of today’s trend cycle. What you’ll find here was not mass-produced or endlessly reprinted. Many were hand-drawn, self-printed, and mailed out by determined individuals or tiny collectives long before digital shortcuts existed. These are often rare originals, in many cases the only known copies still circulating. They’ve been passed from collection to collection intact, waiting to meet you, and therefore deserve more than a clearance sticker. I’m not just reselling paper. I’m matchmaking heirlooms with makers who will appreciate them and continue their lifecycle.

"I can get that at a yard sale for a quarter."

That's true, and a small amount of my inventory was even acquired that way.  The value-add I provide in this shop is a curated, searchable, filterable treasure trove.  A great deal of time, thought, and effort goes into creating a shop where you can efficiently search hundreds of patterns, i.e., by decade, by style, or by theme.  Try that at a yard sale. I’ll wait.

📷 Pattern Photos: Representative, Not Identical

The listing photo shows the pattern design, but it may not be the exact envelope you receive. I often have multiples, and photographing each one individually would require cloning myself.
Rest assured:

  • All patterns are uncut
  • Instructions are intact
  • Envelope info is readable
  • If you’re a stickler for specifics, message me before purchasing. I’m happy to send photos of the exact pattern you would receive, if you make the request before checking out.

📧 Scans & Copies: Nope, Not Here

I do not scan, email, or reproduce patterns. What you’re buying is the original, mailed to you the old-fashioned way. No bootlegs, no PDFs, no funny business.

Due to the nature of vintage patterns, all items are sold as-is. Please read listings carefully and reach out with questions before purchasing.
